Sticky Coke Wings With Mash.

 

A friend of mine asked me to try making sticky chicken wings using coca cola. And if you know anything about me, I am always ready for a new challenge. Especially if it has to do with food. Make that, good food.

I absolutely looooooooooooooooooooved this meal. The ginger and garlic bring the entire  to life. Give it a try and let me know how it works out.

Quick cooking  tip: Fry onion slightly with garlic, then add the chicken. After a few minutes, add your soy sauce, coke and 1/2 cup of sugar (or as desired). Keep covered for 30-40 minutes.

These are the ingredients I used;

*Chicken

*Onion

*Garlic

*Ginger 

*660 ml coke

*1/2 cup soy sauce

*Coriander

*Mint

*Brown Sugar

For the mash I used;

*potatoes

*Ground black pepper

*Butter

*Dash of milk

*Pinch of salt and Aromat
