Had Che Argentine Grill's slightly toasted Portuguese roll with pork belly, 

pico de gallo (salsa), 

melted mozzarella cheese, 

chimichurri sauce 

and a hint of chillie sauce (because I love chillie sauce :)

Absolutely loved this! The crunchiness of the toasted portuguese roll took this sandwich to an even greater height. The textures and the flavours were delicious! The chimichurri and chillie sauced completed this meal!

One word to describe this: LOVE!
