Creamy Chicken Pasta with Rosemary, Thyme and Parsley

Finally thought I would try create my own version of a Creamy Chicken Pasta,  and added  Rosemary, Thyme and Parsley to make it extra special. Using herbs from my garden of course :)
Tried this and I absolutely LOVE IT! When you do try it, let me know how it goes.

Made this midweek meal for a very good friend of mine.

Ingredients;

Chicken Fillets
Red Onion
Spinach
Pick N Pay Cheddar Cheese (and/or parmesan cheese if desired)
Fattis n Monis Pasta- I used whole wheat screws
Pick N Pay Bacon
Dew Fresh, Fresh Cream
Salt & Ground Black Pepper
Jeera seeds
Coriander/ Dhania seeds
Robertson Chicken Spice
Knorrox Chicken Cube

Quick Cooking Tip:
Roast your whole jeera and coriander seeds in pan (no oil)
Remove seeds and add bacon to hot pan
Once bacon is cooked, remove bacon from pan
Add seeds to pan, and add olive oil
Add your chicken strips and fry with the seeds, chicken spice and your heap of fresh garlic.
Add onion and shortly after, add your spinach.
Let that cook for a little bit
Then add your 1 1/2 cup of fresh cream(quantity dependent on chicken portion used and consistency required )
 Cook pasta in separate pot
Add creamy chicken to cooked pasta pot
Let that simmer for a while.
Add your grated cheese(s)
Crumble and add the Knorrox chicken cube (as per desired taste)
Add salt and pepper (as per desired taste)
Minutes before serving, add your rosemary, thyme and parsley, as well as another heap of fresh garlic to the pot. (I love this because the flavour of the herbs are still very strong, instead of adding them in earlier)

And that, ladies and gentlemen is how I created this  beautiful Creamy Chicken Pasta.
Try it out and let me know how it tastes.
xoxo
